Submitting festivals for listings

Please email festivals@efestivals.co.uk with comprehensive information of your music festival to have your festival included in our listings for free as long as it meets our listings criteria.
Please note that we may decline to list events that contact us only a short time before the event is due to happen - please send us your details at the earliest opportunity to ensure inclusion.

Press releases and news

Please email newsroom@efestivals.co.uk with any festival press releases or news. It will receive prompt attention.

Advertising on eFestivals

Please see our advertising page for details.

Bands wanting bookings

Sorry, but eFestivals cannot help bands get festival bookings, or provide a list of contacts. Any festival wanting unsolicited band submissions should have details on their own official website.

Festival traders

Sorry, but eFestivals cannot help traders with bookings for stalls, or with requirements for trading at festivals. Each festival has their own requirements, and those festivals wanting trader applications should have details on their own official websites.

eFestivals does NOT deal with ticket touts

Unlike other festivals websites, eFestivals has NO dealings with ticket touts of any sort, and we never will do. We hate for our readers to be ripped-off as much as you hate to be ripped-off.

eFestivals does not sell tickets

We link ONLY to reputable and authorised ticket agents or an event's own box office, so you can have full confidence buying tickets via the links we provide.

WE DO NOT DEAL WITH TICKET TOUTS OF ANY KIND - unlike other festival websites.

If you have a query about your ticket purchase please direct your question at your point of purchase and not us as we're not able to help. If you can't remember which outlet you bought from, then try the following:-
- check your bank or credit card statements to see who your transaction was with.
- refer to the email you'll have most likely received when you made your purchase.
- follow the "buy tickets online" link from our listing of the event you bought for, to arrive on that outlet's own website. However, please be aware that we sometimes change the outlet we link to for an event, so it may not always be the same outlet.

Anything else

For anything not covered above, please email webmaster@efestivals.co.uk and your email will be directed to the right person.

Telephone calls

In nearly every instance it will be far better for you to contact us via email (see above for email addresses).
Cold-callers: we love your calls trying to sell us things we don't need and which we will never buy from you - they are our office entertainment. So call if you dare!!

Our telephone number is 05602 055329.
This is a BT Broadband Talk number: calls from BT customers are charged at normal BT rates, and calls cost 10p a minute from BT Mobiles. Other service providers may charge different rates. You can call BT Broadband Talk numbers as long as your network operator permits calls to 05 numbers.
