BIG SESSION INFORMATIONTravel InformationFriday 14th October 2011 The information below applies to the festival held at Leicester, before its 2012 move to Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, South Derbyshire. By Car De Montfort Hall is situated at the top of Regent Road on the edge of Victoria Park. Located just one mile south of Leicester's City Centre, the Hall is well signposted on the inner ring road. If using the M1 come off at junction 21 and follow the signs for the outer ring road (Leicester South and East A563), turning left along the A50 or A6 when signposted. By Train Leicester's train station is on the Midland Mainline, just over an hour from London. The station is on London Road (A6) and is only a 10 minute walk away from the festival site. By Bus National Express operates from St Margaret's Bus Station in the City Centre, visit the National Express website for more information. By Air De Montfort Hall is a 30 minute car journey from Nottingham East Midlands Airport (three junctions down the M1). BMI Baby and Easyjet both fly from this airport.
