The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival is a four-day, multi-stage camping festival held on a 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee, USA every June.
Bonnaroo brings together performers from the world of rock and roll, along with dozens of artists in complementary styles such as jazz, Americana, hip-hop, electronica, and just about any contemporary music you can think of.
There are no acts confirmed yet for 2009.
In addition to dozens of music performance areas, the festival's 100-acre entertainment village runs around the clock with attractions and activities including a classic arcade, on-site cinema, silent disco, comedy club, theatre performers, a beer festival, and a music technology village.

Bonnaroo is committed to investing the extensive time and resources to be a leader in creating a sustainable festival. The festival has always strived to make the most sustainable choices while maintaining the ultimate experience for the fan, setting the standard in sustainability and greening practices for North American festivals. Goals for 2009 include: incorporating more renewable energy, working with vendors to source more of their food locally, exploring a solution to alleviate the number of plastic water bottles on-site, and increasing recycling and compostable materials collected on-site.
The campsite includes a family camping area, plus showers, hand wash stations, and potable water. There is a general store will be selling sundries. Stalls selling a variety of reasonably priced foods, beverages and snacks, and pay telephones and ATM's. No fires are allowed in the campsite.
