Bug Jam '12

The 26th Bug Jam festival takes place from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd July 2012 at Santa Pod Raceway in Northamptonshire. The festival started as a one day event in 1987.

Line-up

Confirmed for the Bug Jam 26 evening entertainment line-up across four stage is The Wonder Stuff, The Candle Thieves, D:Ream, The Farm, Limehouse Lizzy, Born To Be Jovi, Hat Club Party, Bijou Miyo, Mr Fogg, Loaded, 1C1's, DJ Hooch, DJ Renegade, DJ Woody, MC TBC, Soul Mavericks, Jonathan Ulysses, Usual Suspects, Stuck in Second, Silent Disco, and comedian Milton Jones. Frustrated singers and performers are also welcome on the 'Bug Jam's Got Talent' stage.

Tickets

Early bird tickets are not longer available. A Weekend ticket (per person in a VW) is priced at £50 in advance or £65 on the gate. A Weekend ticket (per person in a NON VW) is priced at £70 in advance or £80 on the gate. A Saturday or Sunday day ticket is priced at £15 in advance or £20 on the gate. Weekend ticket prices include camping and parking. Children under 13 have free entrance(maximum 3 kids per adult). To buy tickets, click here.

As well as live music, there's stunt displays with Terry Grant, Human Powered Racing, Shockwave Nitro Funny Car, VW Drag Racing, RWYB track action, VW Autotraders, comedy shows, funfair, talent competition, Monster Trucks, radio controlled cars, Back to '89 nostalgia display, Low Riders, Guitar Hero competition, Show & Shine competitions on Saturday and Sunday, and more.

Get involved

As well as non-stop drag racing from the pros, there are numerous chances for festival goers to join in, with the 'Run What You Brung' sessions held over the weekend. Running on the strip throughout the show will be Fireforce, Santa Pod's own 280mph Jet Car, the Jet Beetle and the 7-second quarter mile turning 2 seat dragster, for the very brave to ride in.
