By:Larm started in 1998 and is in two parts, the festival and Scandinavia's largest music conference. The festival concerts take place at night and are open to the public. Their main focus is to present artists that are on the verge of success, either in their homelands or internationally.
The conference is a series of lectures, seminars and debates held during the day for the Norwegian and foreign music industries.
