The diverse programme is accessible through various routes, from performances at the the Town Hall and at the Everyman Theatre, and other venues, to education projects, or live jazz and fine food at restaurants plus a buzzing fringe in bars and clubs around town.

Comedian Stewart Lee will be exploring the world of improvised jazz at this year's event. The festival will be showcasing rising talent from Norway (Farmers Market, and Beady Belle) and working on an education exchange with the Trondheim Conservatory and Birmingham Conservatoire.

Cheltenham Jazz Festival will be launching 'Jazz on the Square' in Imperial Gardens in 2010: a purpose-built Jazz Arena hosting headliners, free music, food and drink stalls and a jazz market.More information will be here when available.
