Butterfly bumped into Anet Mook and Chris Hall from Cay...

Anet Mook and Chris Hall from Cay

So you've played today- how did you find it?

Anet: It was really cool, really good…fuckin' wicked…I was so nervous about the gig, we started playing, it was cloudy, then the sun came out…we stopped playing and the sun went back in…that was fucking wicked that…

Who are you going to see?

Chris: A Chiropractor, for sleeping on the floor…
Anet: The Other Circle - I never knew about this band… I only heard them today, they were on after us, and I really like them - kind of Robert Fripp guitar sort of thing… he's in King Crimson [also husband of Toyah Wilcox and sometime collaborator with Eno - Ed]… and is bloody fucking good actually… We'll see Idlewild, My Vitriol, Seafood… I dunno really, 'cause this is my first Glastonbury!

You're a virgin! Have you been to any others?

Anet: Not really- reading was the first one we played at…

What's been your greatest moment this weekend so far?

Chris: Waking up this morning not dead. We got absolutely mashed last night, got to bed about 6.30…

Where were you partying?

Chris: In the tents! I got a phonecall at 9 o'clock this morning from this lot [points to Anet] saying "Where are you?!"… I was saying [in panicky voice] "I'M THERE, I'M THERE!". And then there were changes to the set, which were not good for my brain at all…!
Anet: We made him wait to play his favourite songs at the end…

What are your favourite songs to play live?

Anet: I think, today, Princes and Princesses, for some reason, today, I was pissed off with people who kind of smile at you who don't really mean it… so that was my favourite song of the day…

If you could do a cover at Glastonbury what would it be?

Anet: It would be "Redemption Song" by Bob Marley, and two more ones… "Changes" by David Bowie and that Kurt Cobain… [starts singing] "I don't care I don't care I don't care…." What's that called?!
Chris: On A Plain… no! The other one!
[Anet carries on singing until…]
Anet: Breed!! That's it! From Nevermind…

Any tips for Glasto goers having been here for over a day now?

Anet: Yeh. Follow the yellow brick road.
