This is your chance for you to win a pair of tickets to this year's SOLD OUT Glastonbury Festival.

Glastonbury Festival believes that work begins at home, at Worthy Farm. Looking after the fields, the hedges and the livestock has always been the Festival's number one concern, and it is what life is all about.

This year's mantra for Festival goers is:

Love the farm - leave no trace - zero waste!

The Festival wants people to think about their journey to the Festival, to use public transport, or if coming by car to share transport with others. The Festival is committed to minimising the amount of waste, and managing the on site collection of that waste efficiently, 'reduce, reuse and recycle'.

Festivals goers should think responsibly when they are packing their things to take to the Festival, and not bring items that will end up in Landfill, or that they won't want to take back home again, remember to 'limit what you bring, and clean up behind you.'

Glastonbury Festival is a midsummer celebration of life and joy, but all of us must not lose sight of our undertakings to achieve the best possible balance of nature and resources.

A unique feast of music set on a huge site offering a grand scale of entertainment unlike any other Festival in the world. For five days the Pilton farm plays host to a tented city in Somerset. As well as music from nearly every genre imaginable on over 50 stages, there's performing arts with cabaret, theatre, circus, children's entertainment, poetry, healing, green crafts and information and much more. Vibrant, spontaneous, colourful, and hugely entertaining. The Festival takes place over five days from Wednesday 24th until Sunday 28th June.

The only acts confirmed so far for this year's line-up are Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band as Saturday night headliner, and Blur and Neil Young as the other headliners, Franz Ferdinand, Fleet Foxes, Doves, Echo and the Bunnymen, Emiliana Torrini, Florence & The Machine, Lily Allen, and The Ting Tings. The full line-up will be released at the end of May/beginning of June. To see who might be playing, take a look at the eFestivals' Glastonbury 2009 rumours >>.
