lost & found property is dealt with here

found children are looked after here at night (they're in the Kidz Field during the day)

the staff can take care of those suffering from the effects of alcohol or drugs

it provides a place of recuperation for those who've been treated by the Medical Centre

it's able to arrange for an urgent message to be broadcast
