Golowan Festival '12

This year is the 21st anniversary of one of Cornwall's biggest community festivals with it's foundation in traditions, giant imagery, banners, customs, mixed with music, theatre and film.

The event culminates in 'Mazey Weekend' which will be on Saturday 23rd June when the streets of Penzance are full of sound and colour, spectacular processions, street entertainment and a huge outdoor market.

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2012.

Tickets

Ticket prices have not yet been confirmed, and tickets are not yet on sale.

As well as music and parades, there are also Cornish games, fireworks, storytelling, films, and walks.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
