Grassington Annual Festival of Arts and Music '12

This festival, now in its 32nd year, is set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, just north of Skipton, and offers a wide variety of events - from jazz, folk, gospel and classical music performances to 'celebrity evenings' and exhibitions, workshops, theatre and puppetry taking place from Friday 15th to Saturday 30th June 2012.

Plus Theatre & Dance, Poetry, Talks & Storytelling, Visual Arts, Film, Arts and Crafts Market, Workshops and walks, Leeds Art Gallery picture lending collection, Bring your own wheels, Food and drink events, and Schools Workshops.

Most performances take place in a Festival Marquee with fantastic views across the Dale providing an uplifting end to the festival fortnight. Other gigs take place at local pubs and churches and there is music and street theatre in the Town Square.
