The dates for 2007 are confirmed as Thursday 17th until Saturday 19th May.
The Great Escape is an international live music event; a festival of export-ready artists from across the globe performing at a number of venues within Brighton City Centre.
Loads of acts for 2007 are confirmed, including The Magic Numbers, CSS, The Pigeon Detectives, Kubichek!, Mr Hudson and the Library, Mumm-Ra, and Ripchord. Click here for the full list (as available).
For 2007 The Great Escape Festival will be utilising even more of the spaces that Brighton has to offer. The main activity will be focused around the "Level" and the seafront, with some larger venues helping to reduce any queuing. The venues will all be a close walk from each other with each venue equipped to an international showcase standard.
As well as the live music, there's also a number of “Parkinson” style interviews with luminaries from the world of Music and Media, to show the way in which success is achieved.
Tickets are sold out - they were priced at £39.50. The ticket entitles you to entry to all gig venues over the 3 days. Tickets will need to be exchanged for a wrist band. Wrist band will gain entry to all venues subject to capacity. The Wrist band exchange venue will be printed on your ticket.
