The Main Stage at Leeds sees Rage Against The Machine, The Killers, and Metallica headlining. The main stage line-up so far announced includes Queens Of The Stone Age, The Fratellis, The Enemy, Biffy Clyro, Serj Tankian, Dizzee Rascal, Taking Back Sunday, Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly, Anti-Flag, Bloc Party, The Raconteurs, Editors, We Are Scientists, Dirty Pretty Things,The Subways, Tenacious D, Slipknot, Feeder, Avenged Sevenfold, and Dropkick Murphys.

With acts confirmed for the Main, Radio 1/NME, Lock Up/Dance, Festival Republic, Alternative, and BBC Introducing stages. For the line-up for over 150 acts over the weekend, and stage splits, click here.

Tickets have sold out. The price for a ticket was £155 for the 3 days with camping, day tickets are £65, campervans £10, lockers £15, and early entry tickets £10.

For the first time BBC Introducing will have a stage at the Leeds Festival, this will not be replacing the Carling stage. The BBC Introducing stage will play host to the best new UK artists, nominated by new music shows from across the BBC.

Children under 13 (12 and under) are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Please note there is no separate children's area at this event, and eFestivals considers this an event not really suitable for children.

Festival Republic produces a guide to Disabled Access and Facilities for all it's festivals, which includes details of the 2-for-1 ticket scheme. Please request a booklet and application form on 020 8961 5490.

On site facilities include: Bars, Cash Points, First Aid & Paramedics, Food & Non Food Stalls, Information. The silent disco will also be making an appearance on Thursday from 11pm 'til 3am, and Friday to Sunday from 11pm 'til 5am with DJ OD.

As with previous years organisers Festival Republic are keen to encourage festival goers to respect the local residents and the environment ,and to encourage everyone to leave their cars at home.

Coach:
There are normally special National Express and See Coaches festival services running directly into the site from all over the UK. For National Express enquiries click here.

The Lift Share scheme:
If you have to bring your car to Reading then why not try the lift-share scheme. It will reduce traffic congestion to the festival; you can split petrol costs between you, and helps reduce global warming at the same time. For more information click here.

Peak traffic flows are likely on the Thursday and on the morning of the Friday as festival goers arrive on site. Most traffic is expected to depart the site late in the evening on the Sunday and before noon on the Monday. The organisers ask all festival goers to try and avoid these periods unless necessary to minimise congestion.

More information will be here when available.
