Now in it's 7th year, this festival begins with an Official Opening by legendary American record producer, Joe Boyd, on Friday evening, finishing at around 11pm on Sunday. There are acts from all over the world (Slovenia, Serbia, Cuba and Angola are just a few examples).
Recent addtions to the line-up include Ahmed & Imad (an Egyptian/Palestinian duo with a message of peace); the Podhale Polish Dance Troupe (Sunday early); The Peace Artistes - a West Yorkshire Brass Band; and Michelle Scally-Clarke (with Benjamin Zephaniah on Sunday night).

The Children's Festival artists include Bezerkas Circus, Cathy Sprague, Seikou Susso, Roop Singh, and Mambo Jambo.
Adult workshops are as follows:
Meet Joe Boyd; Tango Dance; Capoeira with Pelicano; African Drumming; Palestinian singing with Reem Kelani; Gypsy Music; Tango Dance; Estonian Fiddle: Ragtime Guitar with Stefan Grossman; and Belly Dancing.
There are also numerous stalls selling musical instruments, crafts and so forth, Fair Trade goods, and information stalls on issues of global interest.
Weekend tickets are sold out. Tickets are still available for the Friday and Sunday.
