Intending to raise money for cancer research and to have a good days rockin' in the summer. The gig will last from noon until midnight, with around 20 rock/punk/indie bands playing throughout the day.
The price of the tickets is yet to be announced but the line-up confirmed so far, includes: The Poor Kids With Guns; Silvertone; and Don't Hate Amy.
The following are also remoured to be playing, although details are not yet finalised: Legohair; Abdujaparov; Mybe; Mulready St; Zouch; Pitchfork Disney; The Prophets; The Scales; The Estate Agents; 9 Gauge; Cerberus; Barrington Mozart; Runt Hornet; Colourblind; Usual suspect; The Citizen; Tangstate; Megadrive (Strong rumour).
It is hoped that the event will have burger vans, and other refreshments available, and stalls for bands to sell merchandise, cds, t-shirts etc.... maybe even a bouncy castle!!!
