This will be the first year for the festival and will be held on the 17th June 2006. Bed-Rock will hold some of the finest local bands of various genres such as Metal, Rock, Punk, Indie and Emo among others.
The festival will take place at the Bedford Athletic Rugby Club based on Wentworth Drive, Bedford. There will be two stages; An indoor stage and an outdoor Main Stage which will be inside a Marquee. Food and drink will be available throughout the day and there will be a variety of stands to visit for merchandise and fun activities.
There are no age restrictions as the festival is a family occasion to entertain with attractions and music throughout.
Confirmed for the Metal Stage are: Kingsize Blues, Interlock, Balance of Silence, Miksha, Fell Silent, Hekz, Imicus, Tinitus, Paroxysm, Enigma, Slave to Nature, and Necro Sadisic Goat Torture.
Headlining the rock/punk stage is Brigade. They are joined by Flylow, Mydriasis, Two Shot Blast, New Groove Formation, Suzy Hope, Last Man Standing, Blind Theory, Weightloss, Gain, Track Zero, and The Delinquents.
