A week of music with a jazz vibe, featuring live gigs across the Medway area and a FREE concert in Riverside Gardens, Chatham, on Sunday, 24th September from noon until 6pm, with acid jazz legend, Snowboy, & the Latin Section headlining.

The free concert also includes a full supporting line-up with: saxophanist, Mark Lockheart; Karen Lane & Paul Malsom; Ben Beddoes Big Band; Russian guitarists, Victor Unukovsky and Adrian Zolotuhin with UK percussionist Buster Birch appearing together as Terza Rima; Paul Booth's Harbour Jazz Orchestra; KYJO; and the 144 Modern Jazz Trio.

Live gigs across the Medway area are planned as follows:
Tuesday, 26th 8pm Cellar Bar, Central Theatre - £7.50
Tina May (a dusky soprano with a three-octave range) with Robin Aspland
Tuesday 26th, 8pm Emmaus Church, Chatham - £5
LD Frazier New York Gospel
Tuesday 26, 8pm at the Sunlight Centre, Gillingham - £4 on door
Solar Jazz & Guests - The Sunlight house band led by Hugh Ledigo are joined by local groovers.
Wednesday 27th, 8.30pm at Tap & Tin, Chatham - £7 on door
Quentin Collins Quartet with hard bop trumpeter, Collins
Thursday 28th, 7.30pm at the University of Kent, Medway Campus - £8/£6(concs)/£4(students).
David Migden and the Dirty Words plus Graham Mann Quartet
Friday 29th, 8pm at The Brook Theatre, Chatham - £10.50/£8.50(concs)
The Jive Aces
Saturday 30th, 7.30pm at Rochester Cathedral - £12/£10(concs)/£8(students)
Acoustic Triangle - an acoustic fusion of Jazz with European Classical Tradition.
