A community arts festival opening up with a Grand Parade from from De Valence Pavillion at 11am with street entertainers invading the town en route to the harbour for the Grand Opening of the Festival by the Mayor of Tenby. This will be followed by an afternoon of free entertainment in the town, with dancers, music and other fun spectacles.
