This event has now been cancelled. due to site difficulties at Eastleigh's Stoneham Park. The organisers were in talks with Southampton City Council about moving the festival to Southampton city centre but that didn't come to fruition.

The FreeRange Festival is a new festival for the South, taking place at Eastleigh's Stoneham Park on Saturday 3rd May.

The FreeRange Festival will have a mix of live music and DJs and starts at 2pm until 2am. Acts confirmed include Zane Lowe, Dizzee Rascal (live), The Bats (live), Krafty Kuts & Mc Dynamite, DJ Format, Mr Thing, Atomic Hooligan and many more.

As well as a main stage there will be a big top, bar tents, food concessions and a fun fair.

Entry is restricted to over 18s only, and tickets are £35 with student discounts available until 29/02/08.
