The World on Your Doorstep is a music and arts festival held in Calder Holmes Park, Hebden Bridge, now in it's second year, to be held from Saturday 19th to Sunday 20th July 2008.
The festival comprises a Main Stage; an Acoustic Music Marquee; Dance Workshop Marquee; Children's Zone; World Food café; and a World Market Place offering various types of food and goods from different cultures and supporting causes of peace and unity.
This is a completely FREE festival but you can make a donation on the gate in exchange for a programme. This is a World Music festival, whose aims are to celebrate the diverse cultures represented in the North of England, through music, dance and cuisine.
