Concerts and workshops will be held in venues throughout the city, including the Town Hall and the Holywell Music Rooms, as well as local pubs and clubs. The festival also spills into the city streets, with events happening throughout the weekend.

Many well-known names from the folk world are represented, in this, the festival's seventh year. A few of the acts have already been confirmed, including Bellowhead, Cara Dillon, Warsaw Village Band, The Demon Barbers Roadshow, Chris Wood, Jez Lowe and the Bad Pennies, Megan Henwood, Roots Union, Maclaine Colston & Saul Rose, and more.Tickets
A full weekend ticket is priced at £61, concessions (NUS/OAP/Disabled/Unemployed) ticket £54, and under 14's ticket is priced at £33. Season and all-day tickets allow free admission to all events, including workshops. Weekend and Friday tickets are now sold out, Saturday & Sunday tickets are still available. To buy tickets, click here.The festival also includes Family Fun, a Grand Parade with Massed Morris Dancers plus ceilidhs, workshops, sessions, and a trade fair. Concerts and workshops take place both during the afternoon and evening. Refreshments - including a real ale bar - will be available throughout the weekend.
