Following the success of the last four years, and claiming to be Europe's biggest gathering of Elvis artistes and their fans, this event offers 3 days of fun and music all over the normally sleepy seaside town of Porthcawl, roughly halfway between Cardiff and Swansea, near to Bridgend.
The programme includes an official Festival Launch on Friday with a champagne reception and the chance to meet the artists and celebrities. The Elvies Hall of Fame Show with previous Elvies Award Winners, followed by last year’s Best Festival Elvis returning with The Red Alert Band.
Saturday is includes the Best Festival Elvis Competition and an award show for Elvis Tribute Artists followed by an Elvis Disco Party into the early hours.
On Sunday, The Elvis Gospel Show, Elvis at the Movies, live music and the EPE European Champion. Other events take place across the afternoon and into the evening culminating in an end of festival Elvis-themed party.
Prices for shows vary from £5 to £19.50 and there is also a VIP ticket package (£99) available with admission to all official shows, reserved, prime floorshow seats, T-Shirt, entry to the Pavilion VIP Bar and invitations to aftershow parties on all three nights. Click here
