Rock am Ring is Germany's most popular festival event. From Friday 5th to Sunday 7th June 2009 acts from the international live music scene appear at the Nurburgring in the Eifel mountains.
Confirmed artists include The Prodigy, Korn, Marilyn Manson, Bloc Party, Limp Bizkit, Billy Talent, Jan Delay & Disko No. 1, Kettcar, Killswitch Engage, Mando Diao, Peter, Björn & John, Peter Fox, Placebo, Polarkreis 18, Scouting For Girls, Slipknot, The Kilians, The Killers, The Kooks, The Subways, Tomte, Trivium, and Volbeat. Festival goers can expect over 85 bands performing on three stages.
Tickets are priced at 135 euro for the three days including camping. Tickets have sold out.
