The festival is located 35km from Copenhagen. The nearest airport is Copenhagen International or Kastup. The easiest way is to take the train to Roskilde, and then a train to the festival, as it has its own train station, a platform right next to the gates. Trains run regularly throughout the weekend, and you can get to the town of Roskilde, for supplies or to take a look at the local museums (there is free entry with a festival wristband). On the way back you can get a train straight to Copenhagen from the festival station, and then get a train to the airport.
The campsites are so large that some buses run across the two main campsites, East and West. It is best to arrive early, as the campsites fill up extremely quickly (some people camp outside the festival gates for two weeks to try and get their preferred spot).
eFestivals t-shirts, vests, hoodies, fleeces, mugs, tickets
As well as being the UK's most popular festivals website, eFestivals sells its own range of clothing and other goodies. There's a range of t-shirts and vest-tops, and hoodies and fleeces, all featuring the eFestivals 'dancing man'.
