The Summer Of Love And Music (SOLAM) Festival '10

The 2nd annual SOLAM festival will be taking place at a new venue The Lysley Arms in Pewsham from noon on Saturday 31st July until 11pm on Sunday 1st August 2010.

Saturday 31st July

Main Stage: Grubby Jack featuring J.C. Leonard, The Off Chance, Sweet Plums, The Sunday Dogs, The Will Blake Band, Napoleon In Rags, Things That Blink, The Famous Class, Elwood, The Porn Issue, and Energy Witout The Sun.
4014 Acoustic Stage: Zoe Mead, Emily Eyre, Aaron Heap, Alison Hustwitt, Rachel Gittus, Marcella, The Three Corbies, Corky, The Motherload, Zoidberg.

Sunday 1st August

Main Stage: Bateleurs, The Hub, The Shudders, Lavington Bound, Dave Tomkins & The Identity Crisis, Buswell, With Love From Humans, Call The Doctor, Misled, Mortdelemer, Ulysses.
4014 Acoustic Stage: Calendar Key Project, Dominic French, Sloejam, Ells, Confoundry, Shadowlight, Billyjon.

This year SOLAM will have an acoustic stage as well as the main stage. There will be an open Mic session on the Friday night 30th July. Main stage will start at 12 noon and there will probably be some ad-hoc jam sessions in the acoustic barn after the main stage finishes on the Saturday night.

Tickets

Tickets cost £5 for the day, £10 for both days or £20 for the weekend including 2 nights camping. For details on where to purchase tickets - click here.

Camping

The event takes place at the Lysely Arms pub which is near Bowood between Chippenham & Calne on the A4. The event will take place on the fields behind the pub and where there is space for camping. Camping will be charged at £5 per night for anybody who wishes to stay over and soak up the atmosphere of a small, friendly festival.

The Summer of Love and Music festival was set up as an event by a singer/songwriter called J.C. Leonard with proceeds going to charity.
