A non-profit, community festival with Morris and dance troupes, music and dance workshops, a children's arts and crafts tent, emergency service displays and presentations, together with other individual entertainers such as storytellers.
Isla St. Clair is opening the festival at 7pm on Friday, and also performing a few songs. There are two stages, the Main Stage and the smaller Music Box Marquee with a second stage to showcase local talent including an open mike session plus a Celidh Tent. Bands playing at this year's festival include Quill, Flossie Malavialle, Bleeding Hearts, Isambarde and the Ginger Pig Band. For the full line-up, click here.
A wide variety of stalls is expected including including clothes, musical instruments, food, and alternative therapies. This year, the festival has extended to an extra day and camping is available in the field next door at a cost of £10 per tent / campervan whether you stay one or two nights. There is parking for around 500 cars plus a bit more space in the village. Music finishes around 11pm.
