Talgarth Festival of the Black Mountains '10

This is the fifteenth year of the FREE Talgarth Festival of the Black Mountains which will take place on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th August (bank holiday weekend) at the small market town of Talgarth, near the England/Wales border.

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2010.

Theme

This year the theme of the Festival will be Talgarth in the 1940s.

On-site

The festival is completely free, and as well as live music festival goers can expect countryside exhibits, craft fair, food festival, poetry, gardening, fairground attractions, street entertainers, dog show, pet show, fireworks, duck race, and more based on the Town Square it caters for a variety people, ages and interests.

There is also free parking at the festival.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in and around Talgarth.
