Way Out West '12

Way Out West takes place in Gothenburg, Sweden from Thursday 9th until Saturday 11th August 2012.

The event hosts national and international acts at venues all over the city; rock clubs, nightclubs, churches, theaters and cultural centers are all used to showcase breaking and more established acts as part of the festivals club concept, Stay Out West.

The main festival takes place in the 137 hectare park of Slottsskogen in Gothenburg on the Friday and Saturday of the festival weekend. Other acts perform at various venues in and around central Gothenburg on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Stay Out West: Mazzy Star, Factory Floor, King Krule, Madeon, Iceage, Django Django, Josh T Pearson, Bob Mould plays Copper Blur, Haim, Korallreven, Papa M, Milagres, Solander, Lune, Swamp81 (Loefah, Boddika, Mickey Pearce plus Chunky), and Numbers (Jackmaster, Deadboy , Redinho, Spencer and Oneman).
