Woodford Folk Festival

The Woodford Folk Festival takes place annually in near the small country town of Woodford, 70 km north of Brisbane, Australia between Christmas and New Year. Taking place over six days with more than 2000 performers and 400 events. The Festival features mainly Australian performers and a generous gathering of special international guests.

The music festival which started in 2004 has become one of the biggest annual cultural events in Australia, and is famous for its fire spectacular during the New Year's Day closing ceremony.
