Worldwide Festival, now in its fourth year, is a festival curated by Gilles Peterson and held in in Sete in the South Of France from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th July.
The festival is held in three venues, Théâtre de la Mer an open air amphitheatre, The Nautical Base and lighthouse in the harbour of Sete, and the ACD private beach which plays host to a 14 hour beach party extravaganza. The music starts at 1pm every
day and finishes around 5am.
The line-up of acts from around the world includes Diplo, Laurent Garnier feat. Scanx + Band, Mocky, Buraka Som Sistema Live, Soil & Pimp Sessions (live), Todd Terje, Gilles Peterson, Carl Craig and Jimi Tenor feat. Kabu Kabu (live), Theo Parrish, Earl Zinger, Stereotyp's Ku Bo Project, Dorian Concept (live), Elan Mehler (live), Trus' Me, Sebastien Schuller (live), Jazzamar, Fuzati, DJ Lefto, Martyn, Sundae, DJ Suv, Principles Of Geometry, Michael Ruetten, DJ Oil, Shuya Okino, Boozig aka Velcon, Aline & Da Vince, Garfld, James Stewart, Son of Kick, Aline & Da Vince, and The BPM. Many more are expected to be added to the bill.
