Wychwood 2008
This is your chance to win a pair of tickets to Wychwood Festival, which is a very family-friendly event, that is intimate and inclusive for audience and musician alike. The music programme blends world, roots and contemporary music, and encourages new collaborations.

The festival happens at Cheltenham Racecourse, Gloucestershire on Friday 29th May to Sunday 31st May 2009.

The headliners for Friday are Super furry Animals, Saturday is Supergrass, and Sunday is Dub Colossus. Confirmations so far also include Dhol Foundation, The Beat, Cara Dillon, Bellowhead, Kissmet, The Men They Couldn't Hang, Red Light Company, The Wonder Stuff, Oysterband, John Jones, and Justin Adams with Juldeh Camara, with many more still to be announced. There's also comedy with Mundo Jazz, Arthur Smith, Sol Bernstein, Matt Barnard, Phil James, and Daniel Bland, with more to come. For the line-up details as available please click here.

Tickets for Wychwood are on sale, priced at £110 for the weekend, with concessions priced at £85, and up-to two under-12s FREE (extra under-12s £10 each), and a campervan/caravan pass is £30.
Day tickets are also available:
Friday: adult ticket is priced at £35, youth/concession £22.
Sunday: adult ticket is priced at £40, youth/concession £27.
Children under 12 tickets for any day are free.

Wychwood has established itself in just four years as being one of the best family festivals in the UK, and prides itself on its eclectic mix of Indie, pop, world and folk music programming combined with comedy (sponsored by eFestivals.co.uk), solar powered cinema, loads of workshops, seminars and creative activities for all ages.

To enter, simply correctly answer the question below.

  2. The competition is open to all UK residents, except employees of efestivals.co.uk and companies involved in the competition.
  3. Closing date for receipt of entries is 9a.m. Thursday 30th April 2009. The winner's name, and the results, will be announced on this webpage soon after. The winner will also be informed via email.
  4. All requested information must be completed. Your details are kept safe - please see the privacy policy for more information.
  5. All entrants for this competition must be over 18 years old.
  6. Each competition entrant will (if not already) be subscribed to the Festivals Newsletter.
  7. The winning entries are selected at random from all correct entries.
  8. The judges decision is final.
