Read a few boards of american festivals and apparently they are already asking for headline spots in the US, i'd imagine if the second album is successful it won't be long till they start doing the same here :/

I think they're already headlining a couple of American festivals but I don't reckon that affects their UK billing.

I had kinda gotten it into my head they'd sub Metallica but the arena tour makes that unlikely. Dunno who will now. Maybe they'll have two third down acts being bumped up to co-sub.

If RHCP have an album out in August, I don't see how that makes them any less likely (not that they are likely already, right?). Humbug came out something like a week before AM first headlined R&L. I'd take RHCP over Mumford or Linkin Park any day.

Got a feeling that if The Libertines and Knife Party are playing they'll be announced in March, can't see R&L announcing a headliner / NME headliner only a few days after they've both been announced for different festivals (T / Wireless).

I think Frank Turner could sub but I thought he'd have at least announced an album by now and I couldn't see him being announced to sub before a new album.

BMTH have just finished their tour and won't have an album out even before the festival. Can't see them being there at all.
