More events and acts have been confirmed for this year's Meltdown, which this year is curated by Patti Smith. The events take place at London's Royal Festival Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall.

There's new events (below), plus Tori Amos has joined the bill for the Songs Of Innocence night at the RFH on Saturday 18th June, Cat Power has been added to the Coral Sea event in the QEH on Wednesday 22nd June, and Rachid Taha will be supported by outlaw country star Hank Williams III on Friday 17th June.

Newly announced events are:
Saturday 11th June (Queen Elizabeth Hall): The Brian Jonestown Massacre & Ed Harcourt
* Friday 17th June (Queen Elizabeth Hall): Yoko Ono
* Friday 17th June (Royal Festival Hall): Rachid Taha with special guest Patti Smith
Saturday 18th June (Queen Elizabeth Hall): Billy Bragg
Monday 20th June (Queen Elizabeth Hall): Television
Tuesday 21st June (Queen Elizabeth Hall): Television
Saturday 25th June (Queen Elizabeth Hall): Tinariwen
