Editors are the latest act announced for the Isle of Wight Festival, which takes place from Friday 9th June until Sunday 11th June 2006 at Seaclose Park Newport, Isle of Wight.
Editors - who are currently making waves with their debut album The Back Room - are the first act confirmed to be playing on the Saturday (but aren't the headliner).
The other acts announced so far are all playing on the Friday, which has The Prodigy, Placebo, Goldfrapp and The Rakes. No other acts are confirmed yet for any of the days, but many more announcements are expected over the coming weeks.
Tickets are on sale, priced at £85 for the three days (under-12yrs £42.50), and £105 with camping (under-12yrs £52.50), with campervans an extra £60 (per vehicle). To buy, click here.
