The Killers added to Oxegenplus The Gossip, Mika, and Wu Tang ClanWednesday 28th February 2007 Oxegen, the two-day which takes place at Punchestown Racecourse, Naas, Co Kildare, Eire on the weekend of 7th/8th July, has announced some more acts. Confirmed as headlining the Main Stage on the Sunday are The Killers. Also newly added are The Gossip, Mika, and Wu Tang Clan. Also new - for the dance fans - are Deep Dish (Dubfire + Sharam) with special guest Cedric Gervais, Frankie Knuckles, Datarock, Erol Alkan, Booka Shade, Justice, M.A.N.D.Y, Dr.lektroluv and Cagedbaby. Bands playing on the Saturday include Muse, Snow Patrol, Scissor Sisters, Kings of Leon, Interpol, Amy Winehouse, The Fratellis, MIKA, Wu Tang Clan, Tori Amos, The Goo Goo Dolls, The Gossip and more, while Sunday has The Killers, Razorlight, Arcade Fire, Daft Punk, The Kooks, My Chemical Romance, Bloc Party, Babyshambles, James Morrison, CSS, Klaxons and more - click here for the full line-up details. Tickets will go on sale at 8am on Friday 2rd March, limited to four per person - we'll have links to buy when they go on sale. A weekend ticket with camping costs €197.50. A day ticket is euros 96.50 and two day tickets with no camping cost €177.50. All prices include VAT and booking fee. Campers can get a free onsite parking ticket with every four camping tickets purchased, or pick one up later at any Ticketmaster outlet by presenting four camping tickets. Alternatively parking ticket can be bought in advance for €15 online at www.ticketmaster.ie or from any Ticketmaster outlet (€25 when purchased on site). You must have an OXEGEN parking ticket and OXEGEN camping tickets in order to park at the OXEGEN site. Festival-goers with a day ticket or two separate day tickets can take advantage of free parking at Goffs Park'n'ride, where there will be free bus shuttles to and from the festival site.
