The Flaming Lips & Groove Armada for Lovebox Weekender

Lovebox Weekender, which takes place in London's Victoria Park on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July, has announced the first acts and details, and put reduced price early bird tickets on sale.
Headlining the Saturday fresh from their sell-out tour are Groove Armada, while Sunday has The Flaming Lips playing one of only two shows booked in England and Wales in 2008. More acts will be announced over the coming months to something like 100 live acts plus DJs for the full bill.
New for 2008 will be a stage programmed by The Great Escape festival with the best new bands out, while the secretsundaze, Horsemeat Disco & the Strangelove arenas all return.
