Wakestock announce headliners N*E*R*D, and Dizzee Rascal

plus Calvin Harris, Super Furry Animals, Noisettes, and more

N*E*R*D, and Dizzee Rascal, will be headlining the open air stage at Wakestock.

Dizzee Rascal
N*E*R*D, the hip hop band fronted by Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo and The London rapper Dizzee Rascal, have both been announced as the headlining acts for the open air stage. They join the previously announced Moby. These latest acts lead a raft of newly confirmed acts for the wakeboard music festival

Joining them at Abersoch, North Wales will be Calvin Harris, Super Furry Animals, Noisettes, Tinchy Stryder, Goldie, Ebony Bones, Elliot Minor, Wally Lopez, Norman Jay, and local acts Marina And The Diamonds, Sibrydion, Dirty Goods, and Ruth Kealy.

These latest confirmations join a bill that includes previously confirmed acts including The Zutons, Pigeon Detectives, Just Jack,Chase & Status featuring Plan B, Takura & Rager, Red Light Company, DJ Format, Goldie, London Elektricity joined by MC Wrec, Chacane, Kissy Sellout, The Joy Formidable, and Cuban Brothers.

Wakestock is Europe's largest wakeboard music festival which happens from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July with free-to-watch wakeboarding by day and music by night. The festival site is right next to the beach, and as well as featuring a competition for the wakeboard title, there will be live bands and DJ's as well as food stalls, bars, stalls, and a funfair.

A weekend ticket is priced at £90, and with camping £115. A campervan ticket is priced at £50. Car park tickets are priced at £5 per vehicle in advance or £10 per vehicle on the day. A single night ticket will be available nearer to the event priced at £40.
