The Wildhearts for Sonisphereplus Architects, Dirty Little Rabbits, Glamour Of The Kill, and FactWednesday 17th June 2009There are five more new additions to this summer's Sonisphere festival line-up.
Architects' drummer Dan Searle comments, "We're so stoked to play Sonisphere! Metallica are playing for Christ's sake - nuff said! The line up is amazing and we're really excited to be a part of it." Chris from Glamour Of The Kill added, "We're really excited to be on the line-up for this years Sonisphere. Its about time we had more large scale rock/metal festivals in this country and with Metalli-fuckin-ca being on the line-up they haven't got off to a shabby start!" The event will have one main arena with a stage at either end. As well as Metallica, who top the bill on the Sunday with a full two-hour set, there are 18 confirmed exclusive festival appearances and over 30 acts playing. Weekend tickets are priced at £132.50, or £157.50 with camping. Lockers are priced at £10, and parking is also £10 in advance or £20 on the day.
