Wild Beasts at London's Field Day

Wild Beasts and more have been announced as the latest additions to the line-up for London's Field Day.

Other newly confirmed acts include Fanfarlo, King Charles, Jon Hopkins, The Invisible, and Devil Made Me Do It.

They are the latest confirmations for the line-up for the event which takes place in London's Victoria Park and has Mogwai (only English festival show), The Horrors, Little Boots (live), Santigold, Mystery Jets, Juana Molina, Toumani Diabate, Mumford and Sons, Micachu & The Shapes, The Big Pink, Audion, The XX, The Temper Trap, Rusko, Plugs (UK festival exclusive), Fake Blood, Four Tet, Erol Alkan, James Yorkston, Apes And Androids, Final Fantasy, Malcolm Middleton, Aeroplane, Fennesz, Errors, Skream, S.C.U.M, and First Aid Kit.

Field Day which offers festival goers a choice of multiple music stages and fete activities with a twist. The event which happens on Saturday 1st August 2009 is a summer event bringing together many of London's alternative concert and club promoters (Eat Your Own Ears, Adventures In The Beetroot Field, Bugged Out!) to produce a day of music, dancing and maximum hoopla set in London's heartland.

Field Day's very own village green will host stalls and activities throughout the daytime, ranging from sack-racing, to whack-the-rat, bowling for bacon, a coconut shy, tombola, and more.
