Dot to Dot Festival adds a day in Manchester

festival expands to three cities in three days

The multi-city, multi-venue Dot to Dot festival which is set to expand to three cities in 2010 by adding Manchester to the existing Nottingham and Bristol.

The event offers hundreds of live acts and DJs and 16 hours of music each day Dot to Dot offers a unique experience for festival-goers and artists alike. The Festival showcases up and coming bands and DJs from the UK and beyond. Over the last six years the festival has seen appearances from bands such as Friendly Fires, Klaxons, Foals, Laura Marling, Mumford & Sons, Little Boots, Cage The Elephant, Temper Trap and Santigold.

The Manchester Dot To Dot Festival will take place on Monday 31st May in various venues in Manchester with a similar event the day before in Nottingham, and another event on the Saturday in Bristol.

The venues used in Manchester will include Manchester Academy 1, Manchester Academy 2, Manchester Academy 3, Club Academy, and Deaf Institute.

There are no acts confirmed so far.
