Sugababes, Lostprophets, and many more for Camden Crawl

including We Are Scientists, Gang Of Four, and Lightspeed Champion

Sugababes, We Are Scientists, and Lostprophets lead the second wave of acts announced for this May's Camden Crawl line-up.

The headline acts performing four shows at the Roundhouse have been announced as Sugababes and a still to be announced special guest on Saturday 1st May. With We Are Scientists, and Lostprophets with The Blackout confirmed for Sunday 2nd May.

In total eight major artists will play the 3,000 capacity venue to be filmed by MTV for broadcast across their channels in late May. There will be two shows per day and supplementary tickets guaranteeing entry to each will be available to Crawl day and weekend pass holders. The tickets, priced at £6.50 each with the exception of the 'Secret Special Guest' tickets which are FREE will go on sale alongside single day tickets at 9am this Friday, 12th March and eFestival will have links to buy them then.

In addition to the Roundhouse artists, the full line-up of live music acts scheduled to appear across the Crawl's evening programme have now been announced. New additions playing on Saturday only include New Young Pony Club, Ms Dynamite, I Blame Coco, Shy Child, Slow Club, Stornoway, We Are The Ocean, Akala, Bo Ningen, Graffiti6, Left With Pictures, The Like, Male Bonding, Mount Kimbie, Necro Deathmort, Shy Child, Silver Columns, Spectrals, and Stricken City.

New acts announced as appearing on the Sunday only include Gang Of Four, Roots Manuva, Lightspeed Champion, Young Marble Giants, Gaggle, Babybird, Rox, Alan Pownall, Clock Opera, General Fiasco, Hook And The Twin, The Jim Jones Revue, Joe Gideon & The Shark, Joe Worricker, Josh Weller, Kassidy, Katy B, Kyte, Oh No Ono, Tubelord, Wintersleep, and Yacht.

The two mile stretch of high street housing twenty venues will also see newly confirmed acts including Calories, Comanechi, Crystal Fighters, Mr David Viner, Dekade, Drum Eyes, Emperor Machine, Erik Hassle, Kap Bambino, Male Bonding, Midnight Juggernauts, The Postelles, Skepta, Surfer Blood, That Fucking Tank, Treetop Flyers, and Villagers appearing over the two mile stretch of high street will present the following programme of hotly tipped live artists, major special guests and club acts across twenty venues per night 5:00 pm until the wee hours on both days of the event.

They join the previously confirmed acts who include Teenage Fanclub, The Drums, Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, Babybird, Billy Childish, Cornershop, Delays, Speech Debelle, The Sunshine Underground, 80s Matchbox B-Line Disaster, Alex Metric, Art vs Science, Autokratz, Best Coast, Betty And The Werewolves, Billy Vincent, Casiokids, The Chapman Family, Chew Lips, Chickenhawk, Cosmo Jarvis, Dead Meadow, Drums Of Death, Eliza Doolittle, Emily Barker, Gold Panda, and Holly Miranda. Happening on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd May from midday until 4am, Camden Crawl takes place across 40 venues, presenting around 200 performances from big names to the latest breaking acts. There's also a daytime programme including open-air stages, comedy, spoken word, visual arts, freestyle sports, BBQ's, magic, theatre, karaoke, pop quizzes, bingo, DJs, and more.
