V Festival adds The Coral, Jason Derulo, and Joshua Radinplus Professor Green, Daisy Dares You, Tiffany Page, and moreThursday 15th July 2010 The Coral, Jason Derulo, and Joshua Radin, lead the latest acts to be confirmed for next month's twin V Festivals.
Also appearing at V Festival for the first time will be Professor Green, Daisy Dares You, The Pretty Reckless, Diagram of the Heart, and Tiffany Page. Plus, replacing previously announced Virgin Media Union act Charli XCX will be The Boy Who Trapped The Sun. V Festival Director Bob Angus said, "Such an array of fresh talent all making their debut performances at V this year is testament to our commitment to supporting the very best in breaking artists, as well as long standing favourites such as our headliners Kings of Leon and Kasabian. I'm sure the crowds will give The Coral a very warm welcome back – this time to the main stage!" The twin-sited V Festival takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex and Weston Park, Staffordshire on Saturday 21st and 22nd August 2010 this year. Kings of Leon will headline Chelmsford on the Saturday and Stafford on the Sunday, and Kasabian will headline Staffordshire on the Saturday, and Chelmsford on the Sunday. Also confirmed as playing are Stereophonics, Faithless, The Prodigy, David Guetta, The Kooks, Paul Weller, Paolo Nutini, Florence And The Machine, Pet Shop Boys, Madness, Editors, White Lies, Mika, Groove Armada, The Courteeners, The Charlatans, The Temper Trap, Amy Macdonald, Goldfrapp, and more.
