Glastonbury 2015 ticket price & on sale date announced

with tickets on sale early for coach travellers

Tickets for next year's Glastonbury Festival have been confirmed as being priced at £220 + £5 booking fee per ticket + postage per booking with up to a maximum of 6 tickets able to be booked at once.

All registered festival-goers who want to buy tickets will be able reserve them using the deposit scheme at a price of £50 per ticket payable from 9am on Sunday 5th October 2014, and eFestivals will have links for you to buy them then. Balance payments will be taken in the Spring on the Seetickets website and booking line. Please note that there is no option to pay your ticket balance prior to the date.

As part of the Festival's continued commitment to green travel, 15,000 coach + ticket packages will, as this year be sold in advance of the general sale and will go on sale at 7pm BST on Wednesday, 1st October, via glastonbury.seetickets.com, rewarding green travellers with the chance to be the first to secure their Glastonbury 2015 tickets.

As with the general release of tickets, Festival goers will be able to book up to six coach + ticket packages per transaction. Along with their deposit of £50 per person, those booking coach packages will be required to pay the full coach ticket price for their journey.

Ticket balances for both UK and international buyers of £170 per ticket, will be payable in the first week of April 2015 when there will also be options to book everything else needed (tipis, campervan tickets, parking, cancellation protection). International buyers must use a credit card (with a non-UK billing address).

Registration to be able to buy tickets for Glastonbury 2015 which will take place at a farm in Pilton, Somerset over five full days from Wednesday 24th until Sunday 28th June 2015 is now open until  23:59 on Tuesday 30th September (when registration will close until after October 6th). Everyone who plans to the come the Festival must register, and that includes children aged 13, 14 and 15. Registration does not reserve or guarantee you a ticket when they go on sale, but if you don't register you will not be able to buy a weekend ticket for Glastonbury Festival 2015.
