Tickets for next year's Glastonbury Festival have been confirmed as being priced at £228 + £5 booking fee per ticket + postage per booking with up to a maximum of 6 tickets able to be booked at once. Car park tickets will be priced at £35 and campervan ticket will be priced at £100.
Online registration is free of charge and only takes a few minutes, and will close on 9am on Tuesday 29th September, you must be registered before this date if you intend to book tickets in either the coach or general admission sales in October.
To prevent touting Festival goers must register in advance for tickets which are non-transferable. Each ticket features the photograph of the registered ticket holder with security checks carried out to ensure that only the person in the photograph is admitted to the Festival.
Registration does not mean you have bought a ticket, but you can't buy a ticket without a registration number, Festival goers over the age of 12 must be registered.

Anyone with a registration submitted prior to 2010 will need to re-register, for free, before they can purchase tickets for the 2016 Festival (unless they already have a valid registration from a later year). Children aged 12 and under are admitted free of charge and do not need a ticket).

Remember if you fail to get tickets, that cancellations will be made available for resale at face value via the Festival’s authorised ticket agency, See Tickets.
While the bulk of Glastonbury tickets go on sale at 9am on Sunday 4th October 2015, those travelling to the festival by coach will be allowed to book theirs four days in advance.
15,000 coach and ticket packages will be sold in advance of the general sale at 7pm BST on Thursday, 1st October, as part of the festivals commitment to green travel.
As with the general release of tickets, Festival goers will be able to book up to six coach + ticket packages per transaction. The full list of departure towns/cities and prices for 2016 for each route are:

Festival goers will be able to book a ticket by paying a deposit of £50, with the balance payable in the first week of April 2016 (from 9am Friday 1st April – 23:59 Thursday 7th April). Please note that there is no option to pay your ticket balance prior to the date. Along with their deposit, those booking coach packages will be required to pay the full coach ticket price for their journey.
Any ticket deposits for which the balance has not been paid by 8th April 2016 will be automatically refunded to the card on which they were booked; with a £15 administration charge retained and all tickets for which the balance has not been paid will be cancelled.
This year Campervan tickets for 2016 will be released as part of the accommodation sale, alongside Worthy View and Tipis in mid-late October. Further information about this sale will be released after the main ticket sales.
As with your Festival tickets, campervan tickets will be non-transferable and will include the name and address of the lead booker. Attempts to re-sell them may result in their cancellation. If you book a campervan ticket and later change your mind, refunds are available prior to the ticket refund deadline; subject to an administration charge of £10.
Glastonbury 2016 which will take place at a farm in Pilton, Somerset over five full days on the last weekend in June, that's from Wednesday 22nd to Sunday 26th June 2016.
