Beached Festival 2011

The 3000 capacity Beached Festival, will feature 20 bands and 9 DJs across 3 stages set on a pop-up beach in Manchester's Castlefield Basin overlooking the Ship Canal on bank holiday Saturday, 28th May 2011 from 12pm – 11pm.

Line-up

Beached Stage: Little Comets, Airship, The Draymin, Ten Bears, The Quangos, The Hacienda, Gideon Conn, and Seeing Hester.

Scruff Of The Neck Stage: Zap Zap Zap, Infidel Castro, The Dress Down Kids, Hip Hop, A Me B, F.O.A.K., Filthy Skint, The Chairmen, Lostrites, Still City Sound, Hey Sholay, The Tapestry, Rawcuss.

Dance Tent: Knee Deep DJs, Murkage DJs, Saxoffender, Tres Good DJs, Drum Clinic DJs, Rich Reason, Mark Stacy, Three Sixty, and Dave Behave.

The one-day festival will have a beach party atmosphere with a beach bar, barbeque, summer cocktails and plenty of deckchairs on hand for a little rest and relaxation between acts. Partygoers are encouraged to enter the spirit of the day with limbo contests, sandcastle competitions and hula hooping the order of the day.
