It was my first Glastonbury and I will never forget it.

During the Pet Shop Boys set on Saturday night James proposed to Hannah and she accepted! I smoked more doobie than ever before and had my first acid trip since I left my own country a year ago. I ran into a boy I haven't seen since 1992 and have no idea how he recognised me.

I got my head around Saturday's lineup and managed to see more acts than anyone else in my group: Asian Dub Foundation, Darkstar ,Toploader, Semisonic, some of Reef, some of Wannadies and some of Feeder, some of Artful Dodger, the PetShopBoys and then ..... Leftfield.

Unfortunately I had to leave early on Sunday night and missed out on David Bowie, but what a weekend!! Thank you.
