I could complain about the weather.... but then again it has been worse!!! We managed to befriend an Aussie girl on the first night who was seeking warmth from our fire, her chum had decided to go home after being there for only an hour!.... apparently she wasn't impressed with the forming clouds and decided to wuss out!!!

Second year on the trot for me and my festival going friends (and cousins!), it was generally decided that the line-up wasn't as good as last year, but we took full advantage and spent a great deal of time checking out new bands, I have to admit to being surprised at the talent on display! Must give a lot of credit to Cypress Hill, energetic set coupled with a strange smell and clouds of blue smoke... it turned out not to be the dry ice as originally suggested by a young girl infront of us in the crowd!!! Liked the dragons as well... nice!

One small gripe though, did anyone notice how many Scousers were there this year?? had they been transported down purposely?? Unfortunately for the people of Liverpool, the only Scallies I saw were generally causing trouble and goading their kids into theiving other peoples tents. I just hope they managed to get a hot meal before they went home...

Cheers muchley Mr Eavis! Look forward to seeing you next year... (although unlike last year, we didn't bump into you) When will you be opening the toilets in your farm to is festival goers!!!!!! they keep improving each year, surely soon we will up to standards such as marble fittings and fresh towels???

In conclusion.............
1. Excellent food.
2. Average weather.
3. Average line-up in terms of 'big bands' but excellent lesser known acts!
4. Nice Aussie girl!
5. Too many Scousers
6. A great time had by all................................ same time next year folks! Look out for the "ALF" smiley face flag!
