Celebrating it's fifth year in 2010, GocStock [jok-stok] - The Year Of The Jabberwocky is a small festival held in the heart of Kent at a new location this year - Eridge Park, Eridge Green, Tunbridge Wells, in Kent. The three day event happens from Friday 18th until Sunday 20th June.
Line-up
Scotish rockers SucioPerro will be headlining GocStock Friday. Joining them are The Peanut Albinos and returning favourites The Green Rock River Band, plus The Holloways, Hijack Oscar, Pope Joan, Upcdownc Dialog, Every Other Ones, Mayflys, Oneuk, Green Rock River Band, Jon Gomm, Soundcasters, The Yuya, 52 Commercial Road, Beatrix Players, BeatsNPieces, Chapa, Escort Knights, Everybody Be Cool, Planetalf, Lowena Haley, Ross & The Wrongens, and more yet to be announced. Mystical trails weave deep into the forest to reveal hidden lakes, enchanted clearings and the Gimble in The Wabe. A Bedouin tented arena hosting the diverse line-up. Also on site are the Psychedeliyurt, the Shnicker Snack Stage featuring comedy and acoustic sessions and the Buskers Box. Plus art workshops, live graffiti, face painting and of course the regulation hooping classes.Performance art

GocStock is a very strong advocate for a cleaner environment and a keen promoter of green initiatives. For example, the festival is off setting the carbon emissions by planting a tree for each car or campervan that turns up, solar powering the main and acoustic stages and using bio-diesel generators throughout the weekend. The car-share scheme is encouraged.Transport information
Trains from London Bridge approximately half hour then take bus 254 or 256, trains to Frant then on foot or by public bus 254, and trains from Brighton (East Sussex) to Frant.More information will be here when available.
