You know those American bands that havent existed since Zac Wylde stopped coming to Donington every year? Long haired good ole boys, who serve up gallons of attude and rock well heres a perfect stereotypical example. You wanna describe those old bands before rock died and started doing reality TV shows well just use the words Rose Hill Drive from now on!
The Colorado trio sure make a lot of noise, and I think its great, a new breed of upto date classic rawk! But the majority of the crowd appear not to be from the School of Rock and like a little more indie in their guitars I guess. The old folks there to see The Who are lappin it up though.
Left handed bassist and lead singer Jake Sproul enthuses between unleashing crunching lines, Its an honour to be here with The Who they are a great influence of ours before powering into Look on Yonder's Wall and then presenting us with a new hit Cool Cody and more of their blue jam. Terrific stuff and a worthy opener to build up the crowds on the main stage and back in the day theyd be all over Monsters of Rock. Boulder rock indeed, its just a shame they werent wearing trucker hats to complete their image!
