The Lynton and Lynmouth Music Festival - or Llama for short - is an annual, volunteer-run festival that aims to bring quality music to the coast of North Devon. The festival takes place over three days. The main stage is set in a stunning location overlooking the Bristol Channel, and bands play in the pubs, in the church, in the halls, in the cinema and on the streets.
Llama was cancelled in 2013 and hasn't made a return. The event is centred predominately on Lynmouth Manor Green and Foreshore, which for the past eight years has formed the core of the music festival.
The festival will aim to deliver a diverse cultural event, building on the successes of the past music festival. The brief will widen to incorporate other cultural and family friendly arts, such as literary, comedy and art.
